Tuition rates are calculated based on hours danced per week.
Accounts are billed monthly (see above chart).
MSDA does not prorate tuition. Monthly tuition is based on an average of four classes per month and is billed in equal monthly installments throughout the dance season.
If inclement weather impacts studio operations, make-up class opportunities will be provided whenever possible. Families will be notified of available make-up options for any classes canceled due to studio closures.
Tuition payments are nonrefundable.

Registration fee is charged to accounts upon registration for classes. students will not be considered active and have their spot reserved for classes until registration fee has been submitted. Class spots are limited and are filled on first -registration basis.
Multi-student registration discount. The first student pays full registration fee. $15 registration fee for each additional sibling .
Sibling discount is limited to individuals living within the same household. Students must be registered under the parental portal as siblings and payments must be handled by the same party.

Recital fee will be charged to accounts on March 1st and DUE by March 10th.
The annual recital fee helps cover the costs associated with producing our end-of-season Spring Recital. This fee contributes to venue rental, professional sound and lighting services, staging, event staffing, production materials, and other operational expenses necessary to provide a high-quality recital experience for our dancers and families. The recital fee is charged per student and ensures that each dancer has the opportunity to participate in a well-organized and memorable performance.
IMPORTANT: If a student wishes only to take classes for technique and training, and does not wish to participate in the spring recital, please notify us prior to November 1st.

Costume fees will be posted to student accounts on November 1st.
50% of the total costume balance is due by November 30th.
The remaining balance is due by January 1st.
To ensure costumes are ordered and received in a timely manner, all costume balances must be paid by the stated deadlines. See the graphic below for explanation of each group and dances which will be performed in the Spring Recital.
Costume balances that remain unpaid after the deadlines listed above will not be ordered. Any costumes ordered after the designated deadlines may be subject to expedited shipping fees, which will be the responsibility of the account holder. Please note that costumes ordered late cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time for picture day, dress rehearsal, or recital participation. To ensure timely delivery and participation in all recital-related activities, costume balances must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined above.
